• Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer relationships: requirements analysis, user stories generation, training, etc
  • Apply SCRUM metodology: Scrum Master role, promote Scrum guidelines
  • Promote maximum performance of employee: Provide resources, contacts, problem solving, etc
  • Stablish business procedures: also work plans, workflow between stakeholders, etc
  • Report to Chief Executive Officer: progress, updates
  • Feedback to the development department
